Please! Support a Teachers College
Education is a key towards development and a society that does not invest in education is moving backward the past! Having seen this, the diocese of Rulenge – Ngara being part of the Tanzanian society saw this need to invest in education by training teachers who will then train others. This is part of her obligation, as it is stated in her vision; The Catholic Diocese of Rulenge- Ngara envisions a self- supporting church that leads to holistic liberation of all people in Rulenge- Ngara Diocese through the proclamation of the Gospel
However, we live in an ecosystem where we need each other to reach our goals.

Introduction
The involvement of the Catholic Diocese of Rulenge-Ngara in the education sector has gone concurrently with her establishment back in 1960 when it started running a number of primary schools which formerly belonged to the then mother Catholic Diocese of Bukoba in Kagera region. Due to the changes in the ownership polices, all these schools were surrendered to the Government of Tanzania whereby they are to date managed by the village communities under the direction of the Ministry of Education and the District Councils. Of late the Diocese is currently running several educational institutions including Pre -Primary schools, others, referred to as (Montessori); Primary Schools and Secondary schools.
